Inside the unit

How does a home water dispenser work?

The unit is plumbed into your mains supply, under the sink or behind the counter. Water passes through a filter, is chilled in a small internal tank, and sparkling models carbonate it as it is poured. Nothing is stored in plastic and nothing has to be carried. The diagram shows the undercounter Essenziale IN with its panel open.

What homeowners ask before booking a visit — fitting, filters, and why no prices are published online.

Most homes are finished inside two hours. The undercounter model needs clear access to the cupboard below the sink; the countertop model only needs a mains connection nearby. We confirm the route at the free assessment before anything is fitted.

It depends on your water and how much your household drinks, so we set the schedule after testing your supply. Filter changes are part of our maintenance service, and we contact you when yours is due.

Because every home is different: cupboard space, plumbing, and which tap finish you choose. We quote after seeing your kitchen, so the figure you get is for the job you are actually getting rather than a starting price that then moves.
